Change Up Your Water

Are you tired of drinking plain filtered or bottled water? Here are some alternatives to add a little flavor to your H2O.


fresh organic mint leaves 
* sliced cucumbers

* strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries

* Prepare a large jug (or mason jar) of green tea. Remove the bags, let the tea cool down, then place it in the fridge until cold. If you like it sweet, try using Agave nectar instead of sugar.



* Try making ice cubes with mint, raspberries &/or blackberries placed inside the ice trays before freezing.
